Aya is currently immersed in her doctoral research at Cairo University, specializing in Cognitive Psychology and holding a Master's degree (MSc.) in the same field from the prestigious institution. With a proven track record of designing personalized treatment plans to address a wide range of individual needs.


A seasoned Cognitive Child Psychologist with over 9 years of experience. Her expertise encompasses a deep understanding of internal mental processes, including perception, memory, attention, problem-solving, decision-making, creativity, emotions, reasoning, and learning.


Specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults facing various developmental challenges and mental health conditions such as ADD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, ODD and PTSD. She offers support to individuals who have encountered difficult circumstances like divorce, grief, bullying, abuse, transitions, anger and stress management, behavioral issues, and relationship problems. Additionally, she provides specialized assistance to parents navigating challenges related to divorce, anxiety, depression, stress and their children's behavioral concerns.


Aya's therapeutic approach is characterized by professionalism, strategic planning, practicality, and the cultivation of strong relationships with her clients and their families. She implements evidence-based techniques such as Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy (HT), Client-Centered Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Play Therapy (PT) in her practice. She places a strong emphasis on collaborating with parents and family members to deliver comprehensive support to young individuals, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being and development.
