About The Event

Who is Open-Studio Art Therapy Group for? Open-studio groups are for all who are interested in using a non-verbal outlet for their stress, their fears, their passion, or simply to speak their mind in a creative & playful way.

What is Art Therapy? It is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve our physical, mental, and emotional well-being under the guidance of a qualified Art Therapist.

*No prior art skills are necessary to participate in this group. It is an open invitation for anyone who would like to attend and you are welcome to attend as many times as you want (sessions are held every other week).

**All art materials will be provided to you by nine psychology, the only thing you need to bring is yourself!

Refreshments are offered in each group. This is a chance for you to come & to let go of all your stress while engaging yourself in a symbolic journey of self-expression & self-discovery, using a wide array of art materials.

At nine psychology we believe in adopting a Holistic approach recognising the need to be addressed as a whole and with depth. We gladly look forward to welcoming you regularly to our open-studio art therapy groups.
