JASSICA TANAGO

Clinical Child Psychologist

Jassica is a passionate Clinical Child Psychologist with a rich background in behavioral therapy. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Child Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, building on her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the American University in Cairo.

 

Throughout her Master's program, Jassica gained invaluable experience working as a playworker, where she focused on nurturing self-esteem and helping children articulate their feelings. Upon her return to Egypt, she embraced her role as a behavioral therapist, specializing in supporting both vocal and non-vocal children facing a variety of challenges, including learning disabilities, functional disabilities, Autism, and ADHD. Her training with the Fahim Foundation has further enriched her expertise, and she has completed the CBT in Practice course at the prestigious Beck Institute.

 

Jassica's passion for working with children drives her commitment to providing the highest level of support. She employs a variety of tailored approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and behavioral techniques, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met. Above all, Jassica prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship, where every child feels safe, accepted, and truly heard.
