Yasmine El-Garhy is a Psychosexual and Couples Therapist and a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO in Canada, with four years of clinical practice experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree. She is also the author of Restrictions of Desire.

Yasmine works using a psychodynamic approach and integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to support couples and individuals facing sexual addiction, mood challenges, and relationship difficulties, while advocating for healthier communication and reducing stigma around sexual dependency.
